Ready in a jiffy, this sumptuous drink can be enjoyed any time you have guava juice and coconut milk on hand. Both guava juice and coconut milk have a creamy mouth feel, which makes the Guava Smoothie a luxurious sip !

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ Cups Guava juice (Peru juice)
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Ice cream
  • 5 Tablespoons Coconut Milk

METHOD

  1. Combine the guava juice, coconut milk and vanilla ice-cream in a blender and blend till the mixture is smooth and frothy. Pour equal quantities of smoothie into the two glasses. Serve chilled.
