INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Fenugreek Leaves (Methi ) (small leaves)
  • ½ Cup Spinach (washed, dried and chopped)
  • ¼ Cup Spring Onion Greens (chopped)
  • ¼ Cup Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • ¼ Cup pomegranate (anar, dalimb)
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice (Nimbu ka ras)
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanuts (powdered)
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame seeds (roasted)
  • ½ Teaspoon Dates paste
  • 2 Pieces Garlic crushed
  • 1 Piece Green Chillies split lengthwise

METHOD

  1. In a deep bowl combine garlic, green chillies, lemon juice, date paste and salt. Mix well and keep aside.
  2. Combine fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves, spring onion greens and spinach in a deep bowl. To it add the prepared dressing, peanuts and roasted sesame.
  3. Mix well and serve garnished with pomogranate.
