INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Piece Banana (Kela) (small in size)
  • ¼ Cup Milk (Doodh)
  • 1 Tablespoon Wheat Flour (Aata)
  • 1 Tablespoon Walnuts (finely chopped)
  • ½ Teaspoon Sugar
  • Oil for cooking

METHOD

  1. Combine the milk and banana, blend it to make a smooth paste.
  2. Add wheat flour and sugar to it. mix well.
  3. Heat a broad non-stick pan, pour the batter and spread it to make a pancake.
  4. Sprinkle walnuts on top and cook on a medium flame for 2 - 3 minutes or till golden brown spots appear on both the sides. Repeat the same to make another pancake.
  5. Serve hot with honey and fruits on the side.
