INGREDIENTS

  • ⅔ Cup Bulgar Wheat (Dalia / Lapsi) (soaked for 3 hours and pressure cooked)
  • 2 Tablespoons Kidney Beans (Rajma) (soaked for 3 hours and pressure cooked)
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon Yellow Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon Green Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Serve immediately.
