These bite sized individual desserts cook much quicker than larger cakes and have become the delight of dieters who don't want to overindulge on their cheat day. Enjoy this simple recipe of vanilla cupcake. You can always add a topping of your choice to it.

Refined Wheat Flour
Combine butter and castor sugar in a big bowl and beat with a whisk until it becomes light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix well.
Add the eggs to the mixture one at a time, whisking after each addition, until they are completely incorporated.
Add the baking powder to the flour and sieve the flour-baking powder mixture to ensure that there are no lumps of baking powder in your batter.
Add the flour mixture and milk alternately, starting and finishing with the flour.
Whisk the batter after pouring each alternate ingredient.
After you finish whisking the batter, spoon the batter into greased and dusted cupcake moulds until they are 3/4th full.
Bake the cupcakes for 20 - 25 minutes at 180 degree celsius.
Demould the cupcakes and let them cool for a few minutes.
