INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Pieces Iceburg Lettuce whole leaf
  • 30 Grams Celery (Ajjwain Leaf) finely chopped
  • 50 Grams Parsley finely chopped
  • 100 Grams Carrots (गाजर) chopped
  • 100 Grams Beetroot (Chukandar) chopped
  • 100 Grams Cucumber chopped
  • 1 Cup Curd of cow milk
  • 10 Grams Sesame seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Oil
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. Mix finely chopped celery parsley, carrot, beetroot and cucumber in a bowl and add salt.
  2. In lettuce leaves spread the mixture in equal quantity.
  3. Add curd evenly on them.
  4. Roll the lettuce to form wraps.
  5. Heat 1 tsp of oil and crackle the sesame seeds.
  6. Add these seeds evenly on wrap salads.
