Recipe for Eggless Chocolate Muffins

Delectable and easy to make eggless chocolate muffins.

1 Cup Refined Wheat Flour (Maida)
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
4 Teaspoons Icing Sugar
1 Teaspoon Soda Bi Carb
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
200 Grams Mithai Mate (1/2 of a 400 gm tin)
100 Grams Butter (melted)
Switch on the OTG and pre-heat both sides at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
Sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, icing sugar together 3 times.
Add mithaimate, melted butter and 1/2 cup water to the prepared dry mixture, mix well and beat it using a beater till it is thoroughly mixed and forms a batter of smooth consistency.
Pour the batter into the greased cupcake liners in the muffin mould.
Bake in a pre heated oven only from bottom side at 170 degrees, for 15-20 minutes in the middle rack.
To check if the muffin is ready, insert a toothpick into the centre of the muffin, and see if it comes out clean.
Immediately take out muffins from the OTG and keep it aside to cool completely.
Once cool, demould them or just serve them like that.
