Tired of making the same red and white sauce for pasta, its time for a change. Cream, cheese and white wine spiked with a little paprika powder makes for a delightful pasta recipe to break that boring pasta routine..

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Pasta (uncooked)
  • ½ Cup Cream (Malai)
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • ½ Teaspoon Paprika Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • ¼ Cup White Wine
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

METHOD

  1. Blanch the pasta in boiling salted water. Once cooked, strain and keep aside.
  2. Reduce white wine in a pan, add cream and cook.
  3. Add the paprika, salt, pepper and mix well.
  4. Add the blanched pasta and toss well.
  5. Finish off with butter and parsley.
  6. Serve hot with garlic bread on the side.
