INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Pieces Tomatoes (Tamatar) large (chopped)
  • 1 Cup Onions (Pyaaz) (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic ( लहसुन) (finely chopped)
  • 4 Pieces Whole Dry Red Chillies (broken into pieces)
  • 1 Teaspoon Green Chillies (finely chopped)
  • ½ Teaspoon Oregano
  • ½ Tablespoon Vinegar
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. Combine the whole dry red chilies, green chilies, oregano and garlic in a pan with 1/4th cup water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the chopped onions, tomatoes and mix well.
  3. Cover the pan and allow to cook for 4 - 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
  4. Add vinegar and salt. Mix well and blend till it forms a coarse mixture.
  5. Serve with nacho chips.
