INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Piece Avocado (ripe)
  • 1½ Tablespoons Garlic ( लहसुन) (finely chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon juice (Nimbu ka ras)
  • ½ Tablespoon Onion (Pyaaz) (finely chopped)
  • ½ Teaspoon Green Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • ½ Tablespoon Tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. Cut the avocado into half and scoop out all the flesh.
  2. Mash well using a fork and add all the remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix well and serve chilled with nacho chips.
