INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups Curd (dahi) (beaten)
  • 2 Cups Spinach (finely chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) (finely chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic ( लहसुन) (finely chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 1 Teaspoon Oil
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chilies, garlic and saute.
  2. Add the spinach, red chili powder and salt. Mix well and cook till the spinach is cooked and set aside.
  3. Beat the curd and add the spinach mixture to it.
  4. Mix well and serve chilled.
