INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Chickpeas (chole) (uncooked)
  • ½ Cup Tomatoes (Tamatar) (finely chopped)
  • ½ Cup Onion (Pyaaz) (finely chopped)
  • ½ Cup Potatoes (chopped)
  • 3 Tablespoons Coriander Leaves (Dhania) (finely chopped)
  • 2 Teaspoons Green Chillies (finely chopped)
  • 3 Teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 2 Teaspoons Chaat Masala
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. Pressure cook chickpeas with 3 cups of water for 6 to 7 whistles or till the chickpeas are cooked.
  2. Combine the cooked chickpeas, capsicum, tomatoes, onions, potatoes, green chilies, coriander, lemon juice, chaat masala and salt.
  3. Mix well and serve.
