Hummus is a beautifully seasoned popular lebanese dip made using cooked chickpeas or chole. It perfect for evening snack or as a started when served with vegetable sticks, pita or lavash. It healthy too !
(soaked and pressure cooked)
Salt to taste
Combine all the ingredients in blenderise till it forms a smooth paste.
Garnish by drizzling some olive oil and sprinkling little red chili powder.
Serve with pita bread or lavash.
