Tangy and refreshing dip made using hung curd and dil. Serve it with pita chips or vegetable crudites.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups Hung Curd
  • 2 Spring Onion Whites (finely chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon Dil (Suva) (finely chopped)
  • ½ Cup Cucumber (peeled and finely chopped)
  • ½ Teaspoon Cumin Seeds Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

METHOD

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl. Mix well and serve chilled with vegetable sticks or pita chips.
