American Chopsuey is a delightful preparation of noodles and vegetables in a indo-chinese style tangy sauce garnished with fried noodles. Serve it as a side dish in your chinese menu or have it all by itself for a light lunch or dinner.

Corn flour (dissolved in 2 tbsp of water)
Salt to taste
Fried Noodles (for garnishing)
Heat oil in a wok. To it add all the vegetables and saute.
Add the chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, sugar, white vinegar, salt and noodles. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add the corn flour-water mixture, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 - 3 minutes or till it thickens.
Serve hot garnished with fried noodles.
