  • 2 Cups Noodles
  • ¼ Cup Carrots (गाजर) Chopped
  • ¼ Cup Onion (Pyaaz) Chopped
  • ¼ Cup Capsicum Chopped
  • 3 Teaspoons Ginger garlic paste
  • 5 Tablespoons Olive Oil (जैतून का तेल)
  • ¼ Cup Coriander Leaves (Dhania) Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • ¼ Cup Breadcrumbs Optional
  • 1 Piece Maggi Masala
  • ¼ Cup Refined Wheat Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Corn flour
  • Salt to taste


  1. Boil a packet of Maggi with 2 cups of water. Add Maggi masala
  2. Take a medium bowl , add cooked Maggi noodles and mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Once the mixture is done properly, shape them into small flat balls, like tikkas.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan, add oil and shallow fry the tikkis and sprinkle some Maggi masala.
  5. Serve them hot with tomato sauce or green chutney
