INGREDIENTS

  • ½ Cup Bajra flour
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt (नमक)
  • Water for binding flour

METHOD

  1. Take the bajra flour in a bowl and add ¼ tsp of salt in it and add water and mix the dough.
  2. The consistency of the dough is supposed to be a little hard than the roti dough.
  3. Then take a pan made of black soil and heat it thoroughly fro 10 mins.
  4. Then take the bajra dough and then tap the dough 5-10 times and then use your hand to tap the dough and make a circle shape.
  5. Then pour the bajra roti in the black soil pan and then heat it on both the sides till the dough rises like a roti.
  6. Serve Immediately
