Recipe for mango sandwich

My son just loves this juicy sandwich. It is quite refreshing and filling too. When he returns from school, this gives him a treat. As it is quick and easy to make. It needs no much preparation and no cooking also.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Pieces Mango (Aam) (peeled and cut into round slices)
  • 4 Pieces White Bread Slices
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Pieces cheese slices (optional)

METHOD

  1. Cut the edges of bread.
  2. Toast the bread on pan if wish or can use direct.
  3. Apply Butter on it. Can place Cheese slice on it (optional).
  4. Place the mango slices on it, and place another slice of bread on it.
  5. Juicy Mango Sandwiches are ready.
