Recipe for Minty Curd Dip

INGREDIENTS

For preparing hung curd

  • 1 Cup Curd (dahi) -Use freshly made

For assembling

  • ½ Cup Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • ¼ Cup Mint leaves (पुदीने)
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

For preparing hung curd

  1. Tie curd tightly in a muslin cloth or thin cloth
  2. Place a sieve over a deep bowl. Put the tied curd over it and place some weight on top.
  3. Keep for 15 minutes allowing the water to drain out

For assembling

  1. Take the hung curd in a deep bowl
  2. Add chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves to it
  3. Add salt as per taste
  4. Mix well

For serving

  1. Serve cold with chips or use it as a salad dressing
