Recipe for Babycorn Fritters

These are a treat to bite on, this crispy golden brown baby corn fritters perfect for an evening snack, even kids will love it as it makes a great after school treat. The fritters are also very quick and easy to make.

1 Cup Babycorn (9 pieces)
½ Cup Refined Wheat Flour (Maida)
1 Tablespoon Corn flour
2 Tablespoons Curd (dahi)
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
Soda Bi Carb a pinch
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients excluding the babycorns in a deep bowl with half cup of water and make a thick batter.
Dip each babycorn in the batter and deep fry them in hot oil and remove on absorbant paper.
