These are a treat to bite on, this crispy golden brown baby corn fritters perfect for an evening snack, even kids will love it as it makes a great after school treat. The fritters are also very quick and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Babycorn (9 pieces)
  • ½ Cup Refined Wheat Flour (Maida)
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Curd (dahi)
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • Soda Bi Carb a pinch
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients excluding the babycorns in a deep bowl with half cup of water and make a thick batter.
  2. Dip each babycorn in the batter and deep fry them in hot oil and remove on absorbant paper.
  3. Serve immediately
