INGREDIENTS

  • 200 Grams Cream (Malai)
  • 2 Teaspoons Mustard Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt (नमक)
  • ½ Teaspoon Pepper (finely powdered)
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 3 Teaspoons Lemon juice

METHOD

  1. In a bowl combine cream with mustard powder, salt, pepper powder and sugar and place it over a bowl of crushed ice and beat with a beater until it becomes thick.
  2. Gradually add Olive Oil till it gets completely absorbed into the cream, while stirring continuosly.
  3. Stir in lemon juice very well and chill untill ready to use.
